Armed Sil hose is platinum cured FDA silicon manufactured.
His particular translucent and smooth structure is realized with textile polyester reinforced realized and it has a stainless steel wire spiral encased inside the hose.
This kind of reinforced silicone hose has an high level of resistance to pression together with a good flexibility, even in higher dimensions. It has been designed for use in specific points with high dynamics and for a very frequent tube handling.

APPLICATIONS:
High level of strength. Extremely flexible, even in large diameters. It has been designed for use in specific points with high dynamics and for a very frequent tube handling.
PROPERTIES:
Hoses can be sterilized by hot air at +250°C (+482°F) or with steam at 135°C (+275°F) with a pressure at 3.5bar. Maximum reccomended time: 1h30m at 135°C (+275°F)
The value of the pressure is at room temperature. Reduction of the same by 20% every 100°C of temperature increase.
