SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments will be made through the transport company chosen by Unigasket S.L, and the shipping and packaging costs are stipulated in the program of the website at each sale for shipments throughout Spain.
The shipping costs will be the following except for special conditions agreed in advance and for packages less than 20 kg of total weight.

Iberian Peninsula: 9 euros
Ceuta and Melilla: 15 euros
Balearic Islands: 25 euros
Canary Islands: Consult
For packages over 20 Kg consult price. It will be calculated based on its weight and volume.

 

RETURN POLICY

Unigasket S.L will not accept returns of products unless they are due to defects or technical problems thereof and always within the first 7 business days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer.
Only returns previously authorized by Unigasket S.L will be accepted in writing.
To request this authorization, the customer will previously contact Unigasket S.L and once authorized, the corresponding return sheet will be sent, which must be attached to the returned merchandise.
Once the material has been received and verified, Unigasket S.L will make the payment corresponding to the merchandise by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
The return costs will be borne by the customer except for errors attributable to Unigaket S.L
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

 

CANCELLATIONS

The order is considered firm and pending from the moment the customer makes the payment. Once it goes through the process phase, the client has 30 minutes to cancel it or it must be processed as a normal return.
The refund for said cancellation will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

The material that is in stock at the time of the order, will reach the customer’s destination within a maximum period of 72 hours in Spanish territory, except for orders placed on weekends (from Friday at 1:00 p.m. to Monday at 8:00 a.m. ).
For material out of stock, the delivery period will be confirmed to the customer.
Once the client sends the firm order to Unigasket S.L, the receipt of the order will be confirmed by e-mail and subsequently the conditions related to the shipment will be confirmed.

 

WAY TO PAY

When formulating the order, the customer can choose to pay for purchases made with the methods stipulated by the website, in this case by credit card or bank transfer.
In both cases, the order will be considered accepted and will be sent once the corresponding amounts have been received.
